I think they'll make a strong run next year, even if Tebow and Bradford stay. As for the original post, I can't understand why they didn't go. I mean college is fun, but more fun than the NFL? Maybe Bradford wants to win an NC, which makes sense, but what more does Tebow want to accomplish in college football? He has 2 titles, 2 SEC titles, and a Heisman. Give yourself a new challenge kid. This year, Tebow could have been the first player to win back to back heismans, but not the first to win two. As far as getting a college degree goes, you can always go back and get your degree later, if things don't work out in the NFL. If you come back for another year of college football, you are opening up the possibility of a career ending injury before ever making any money from football. Matt Mauck, the QB from LSU's 2003 championship team, had the option of dental school or the NFL. He went to the NFL with the Broncos and later the Titans, it didn't work out, and is now enrolled in dental school at University of Colorado. Quote

I've hurt myself enough doing everyday things that I know how easily you can get hurt on the field. College will always be there. Tiger left Stanford to go to the PGA. I'm not sure he ever second guesses that decision. Anyway, who are we to critique a decision that we will never have to make? Both of those guys will be big time players at the next level when they decide to go. Quote
