Now that is what I really need (just one - my cranking battery may still be hanging on by a couple threads). Luckily, I got 70 bucks from my grand mother, so that should be fixed tomorrow.

Well I've had a great christmas, always do. I didn't get too much fishings stuff, 2 gift cards to BPS and a few lures. My top two gifts of the day were:

Costa Del Mar Hammerhead's (white frames/blue mirror lenses)

I've been looking at these through the display case for over a year, and my parents finally gave in. But that was pretty much all I got becuase of the price tag that came with them.

Another good one was my Nike Oncore's. Either love em or hate em. I for one, love them.

Yeah right I'm not fixing the tip.  It's going back and they are sending me brand new one.  If I wanted the 6'10 MH I would have ordered that one!  Maybe the local tackle shop will honor the over the counter warranty even though I didn't it there.

Well I've been trying to get my own boat for awhile now. I wanted something I could take on some of the local small lakes and the New River. My dad has a nicer bass boat for the bigger lakes.

My mom and her husband got me an old 1993 v-bottom with a 6 HP on it. Don't even no the make of it but it's perfect and can't wait to work on it. Needs a lot done to it but couldn't have asked for anything better. I was pretty shocked that I got it. I haven't really gotten anything since I graduated high school a few years ago.

Still trying to get that tournament boat but this is more practical for me while I'm in college.

Oh, and my girlfriend got me a few fishing dvds, along with some clothes.
