I'm leaving this morning for Dallas to spend the next 4 days with wife's family. They just happen to live on Lake Ray Hubbard so the boat is going with me.

Where is everyone else going if at all?

I'll be here! Maybe latter today going and doing some fishing at the local "dink hole" (hay it's fun! ) An using my woolly rind, my own soft plastic creation with the tail of a woolly bugger, and the body of a gambler bacon rind. (see my thread in the tackle making section for info)

My wife and I are spending Christmas with her family. Then, we're heading to Tennessee the day after Christmas to visit my family.

I am taking a much needed vacation from work. I arrived in Brooklyn , 2 days ago between storm. Spending Christmas eve at Elaine's house, then out to the Island , to her daughter's house for Christmas day. Then a week of hanging out with friends and family.

I am working : today, singing at Mass this evening and then going to Daughter Number 1's house for dinner. Gonna sleep in tomorrow morning then get up and make a Derby Pie and wait for both daughters and their families to show up for dinner.

We have reached the age when no one expects us to come to them for Christmas.

Only problem is that my wife's brother is coming for Christmas. He'll be here tonight. I love him to death, but he smokes and can't seem to understand that I don't want him to throw his cigarette butts in the yard. He thinks I am kidding when I tell him not to do it.

Going to my wife's family Cristmas Eve party tonight, then back home.  I go back to work tomorrow night.  I will be working in the ER, and hope to not see anyone there.

We did dad's side of the family on Sunday and just finished at mom's.  Open the presents with the kids in the morning and then 11 strait days of fishing.

Fishfordollars- I used to live 5 minutes from the Dalrock ramp.  Hubbard was home for a couple years when I lived in Rowlett.  We'll be in the area Friday and Saturday visiting my folks.  It's not a big fish lake but it's basically in the city so it's all kinds of convenient!

On the 23rd, I drove up to Johnston, Rhode Island, and this is where I'm going to be until January 2nd.  Then I'm off to Jersey for a day and finally back to Georgia where there is no ice on the lakes!
