1inStripes Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Im sure you would autograph it for a reasonable price wouldn't you Burley? Just don't put it on your boat, its a dink magnet. Quote
Chad. Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 The lined wool socks from bps are nice but I usually get hanes which are ultra thin and we have what 4 months of warm time.... :-? oh clothes that don't fit always gets to me. Quote
Fisher of Men Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Working in an elementary school, I have received some bizarre gifts. The worst by far was a gift pack of Brut cologne and deodorant. Normally, I like Brut, however the cologne was half empty as was the deodorant. I was still touched by the thought. Key chain, That's very touching. I received an old dirty "used" Christmas card a couple of years ago from a student who was from a low income family. It was more special than any other gift I received from students that year. Those kids just want to contribute despite their circumstances. Quote
Fisher of Men Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Socks... why the hell would i need sock for my birthday and Christmas if i wanted socks i would buy them my aunt just doesn't understand. : I like getting socks for Christmas. I usually ask for some every year. I remember getting a package of tube socks and underwear every year from my parents. I didn't think much of it then, but now I realize they were providing for me. I am forever grateful. . . and to know that they often did without to provide for my brother and I makes me even more thankful. Quote

Living in an apartment without W/D connects means making 3 or 4 trips a month to the laundromat, resulting in many, many lost pairs of socks. I swear, I have a box in my closet of unmatched socks, probably 20 of them in there. I spend probably $30 a month at Target on socks, I would love to get 5 or 6 pair for Christmas. I like when people get me things that I need, because then I can spend my own money on things I want ;D Quote
I Love BassResource Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 I had a cousin buy me a Gene Autry cassette tape a couple of years ago. I still haven't quite figured that one out... Why not? You look like a Gene Autrey type of guy. And here I was, trying to convince AJ that you were an OK guy. Next time we're locking Brody in the room your sleeping in. Quote
