What is something that annoys you or something that you hate? It should be related to fishing ofcourse.

For me, I hate red hooks. They always turn into gold hooks and it's the most annoying thing ever. I'm not sure if it matters if they are gold or red, but I don't like how they peel off.

One thing that really annoys me is getting skunked!! Theres nothing like waking up early on your one day off to go out and get skunked. >:(

Bugs. Bugs and insects flying around your head and eyes while fishing.

Waves.  Big waves caused by guys running 100 miles per hour in their boats while I am fishing a bank. If I want waves I will fish saltwater.

People who think bass and other fish can feel pain. These people are pains and have no understanding of a fish's brain.

Dropping a lure overboard when you go to cut the tag line and cut the main line.  This is why I tie all lures IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOAT.

Lots of houses with people in them or in their yards when you have to go to the bathroom.  Don't people know not to watch what we are doing in the boat?

Jerks who throw trash in the water.  I hope they fall out of their boats.

Motors that won't start because the kill switch is on.  We need a kill switch alarm to keep us dummies from trying to start the motor when we accidently have engaged the kill switch.

Not retieing the bait because we are on the bass and are having fun when the line breaks.  Patience.  Patience my a*s.  Being Type A causes this to happen sometimes.  And I hate when it happens as it is totally my fault for not checking the line and retieing the knot.

Being outfished by the nonboater.  Never happened, so far, but I am sure it will one day.  I hope he can hitch hike home.

Cold.  I hate to fish when it is cold.  Anything below 70* is cold.

Gloves.  Gloves are great but I have not found a pair to keep my hands toasty warm and not interfer with the operation of my reel. Ideas????

Having hat blow out of the boat.  I always secure my hat but each season one seems to want to fly out of the boat and into the water.  Heard story of a guy whose wallet fell out of his pocket and he had about $100 blow out of the boat.

Keeping the bass.  It just gets me upset to see people keep the fish.  Throw them back.  Go out and eat a hamburger.

Guys who make up their minds on how to fish a tournament on Wednesday or Thursday and their way is no longer valid on Saturday due to weather changes but they refuse to modifiy what they had planned to do.

Having a snake fall in the boat. Came close a few times but so far so good. Had a snake fall out of the bush right in front of me as I was close to the bank pitching the shoreline.  It made a big "thump" when it hit the ground.

Having a nice fish throw the lure.  I still remember the big ones that got away.  Going after them next year.  I know where they live.

Getting up at 2 AM for tournaments.  I wish Dr. Jones would come out with research saying that the bass don't begin to bite until 10 AM and quit around 2 PM so there is no reason to get up at 2 AM to go fishing.

L-o-n-g tournaments. The ones that start at first light and end at 4 PM.  My legs are just not happy about being in a boat for 10 hours.

Jerks at ramps, especially the jet boaters and the guys with the ski boats who don't have any idea of how to launch or trailer them. The ones with no teeth, swim wear with no underware and the ones not wearing a tee shirt bother me the most.

TV cameras in our vehicles. We need a TV camera to see where the trailer is heading when we back her up to launch or trailer the boat. Using the side view mirrors sucks. We need to invent the Bass Fishing Forums Backup TV and Alarm System so we don't crash the boat and trailer when backing up. Not that it has ever happened to me.

Have "suspending" or "floating" written on all jerkbaits so we do not have to stand there and think if red is suspending or is it floating? Great for us old guys who can't remember s**t. This should be a law.

Special runs.  Having Zoom be able to make a small run of a specific type of color or length of plastics without telling us that we need to order 100 bags before they will do it.  Like the one I need for the Hot Side of Lake Anna. It is a special run my friend has and he ain't giving any up.

Wrong weather reports.  If the weatherman says sunny, then I want sunny. Not cloudy. Not a passing shower. But sunny.

Windy.  If the weather report says light wind, I want a light wind.  15 miles per hour wind is not light.  White caps on a river are not fun.

Backlashes.  We have to invent a reel to prevent backlashes and sell it for under $500. Or maybe not.  Having your partner have a backlash in a tournament is funny. Not to him, but it is  to me.

Jerks on the Forum.  Making nasty comments about other guys or being negative in your response is not necessary on the forum.  We have some guys who have bass fished for a thousand years and others who just bought their first set-up and need our help. There is nothing like a stuipd question.  Just give your answer in a positive manner and go on with your life.

I could go on but I am hungry and want to get breakfast as I am going BACK TO BASS PRO SHOP AT 9AM THIS MORNING TO CONTINUE SHOPPING FROM YESTERDAY WITHOUT MY WIFE.

Later!  ;)

I wear US Glove rain gloves.  They help keep my hands warm and are very thin so I can feel the bites.

I hate guys who start talking when they get in the truck, never take a breath all day long, and only quit talking (if they do) after I drive off at the end of the trip.  They wear me slick and bother my concentration while I am fishing.  I don't go fishing to visit or play around.

People shouting things from the bank such as "Man you gonna throw that back??!!" "Or bring it over here if you don't want that"

BITE ME!!! and learn how to fish for yourself.I don't owe you a thing just because you witnessed me catching a 6lber.Theres a reason game fish are called gamefish and panfish called panfish. You simply cannot drill the facts of bass fishing into their thick skulls ::)

Can't stand being outfished by someone who doesn't have a clue and will throw a pansy little worm all day and I have gone through half my tackle box. It happens LOL, must humble myself ::)

Hate seeing fish busting all over and driving over to the spot only to not even get the slightlest nibble, then see them doing it 50 yards away again ::)

Hate when I leave the plug out of my jonboat 8-)

Hate waking up late and knowing I missed the topwater :-/

Detest people who litter >:(

Hate turning my head to talk to my partner and turning back only to see my plug has dissapeared ::)

14 ft jonboat and trolling motor. The wind is NOT my friend! >:(

Weatherman that say the front is approaching tomorrow morning and it comes the night before ::)

Watching the bass pin a massive group of shad against a bank or weedline and tossing everything in the book at them only to be rejected.

People that fish with live shiners and keep what they catch should be shot. This is not open to debate!

Guys that roar up to you in their fancy boats in a quiet cove should be beaten >:(

I got skunked this morning so this list could go on for a while, but I do feel better :)

I HATE when you're fishing a spot for a while and another fisherman sees you're catching something so he tries to fish right beside you, I always say to them any closer and you might as well jump on my boat now BACK OFF. Like Glenn said I HATE waterskiiers when I'm fishing. BUGS also are like my worst enemy when I'm night fishing them d**n things buzzing in your ears when you're trying to fish I gotta almost use a can of OFF in a night. I also HATE when you take your kids fishing minding YOUR own bussiness and someone says to you my kids are catching bass and you have your kids catching bluegill. WHO CARES WHAT THEIR CATCHING

knots left on hooks, lures, etc etc.  like when you cut a hook off and just leave the old knot on there, that drives me nuts!!  i go through my box a few times a month just for this reason.  i usually dont find any cuz i am pretty good at taking the knot off right when i first cut the bait from my line, but sometimes if i am in a hurry, i will leave one.

I forgot one thing that has nothing to do with fishing:

I HATE  that I'm 28 years old and been installing flooring over ten years owned my own company since I was 23 and I lose a job because I'm TOO YOUNG. Are you kidding me, I'm a d**n good installer and all these hacks are getting my work cause their older, that's not right. >:(

Sorry guys I had to vent. My emotions get the best of me sometimes.  :)

You would hate my tacklebox then, I just bite my line off and throw the lure in the box with the knot still on it ;D

Leaning a brand new Cabellas FishEagleII/Prodigy against the side of the boat, with a jig tied on and getting a bite, and said combo travels to the bottom of the lake! :'(

I use braid mostly and leave a knot or two on my worm hooks to plug the gap on the line tie so the thin slick line doesn't slip out. ;)

Brings me back to the topic: Setting the hook and hearing a pop when my knot breaks of my hook GRRRRR!

Littering. Hate them styrofoam worm containers left behind by the toothless inbred morons.

You know the same ones who leave the packaging from their Shakespere combo on the ground NEXT to the trash can.

You know the ones who watch as their filthy little kids throw crap in the water while screaming at the top of their lungs, ruining the fishing for everyone.

You know who I'm talking about.

You know those same individuals(for lack of a better term) that will skin their fish right on the bank and leave the remains there to gather every fly within 3 miles...

1. People who either can't read, or simply ignore the "No fishing from dock or boat ramp" signs.

2. Jet Skiers.  Not all but about 90% of them.

3. People who think that the launch ramp is the place where you load everything from the truck into the boat including icing down coolers.

4. See #3 plus they don't know how to back a boat down a ramp.

5. Fishing an area where a lot of bank fishing is done and constantly getting hung up on old catfish rigs broken off on the bottom.

6. Getting on a good soft plastic bite but running low on the bait and remembering that I was supposed to remember to restock that bait/color the last time I was at the tackle store.
