can anyone help me get this lure?

the lure is a jointed rapala size 13 (biggest size) in muddler color.

looks like this:

muddler is a color that isnt even supposed to be available in the US, but my local dicks sporting goods sells a bunch of muddler colored rapalas (at regular price), but they dont sell this one! >

my friend in canada said that his local tackleshop was getting a new shipment of muddler raps, and he said he would send me one, but turns out theyre not.

so does anyone know where i can get one of these? theyre like 15 bucks on ebay, and im def. not paying that. i will pay a reasonable rapala price (3-7 bucks) for one, but no way im paying 15 bucks!

I would swing by Fred's in Waldorf next to the Verizon store and see if they might be able to order it.  That would be your best bet in this area as I doubt a retail chain would even entertain the idea.  Good luck on your quest.

thanks for all the help guys. i might try freds. there is also a store in lexington park called the tackel box, they sell mainly saltwater stuff but they might be able to order some.
