Super User Redlinerobert Posted September 17, 2008 Author Super User Posted September 17, 2008 Just came home from the hospital. Her mom stayed with her tonight. She's doing much better, I can't believe her tolerance for pain. She's refusing most of the pain killers and morphine. I'd be loopy by now for sure. :-? I told her about this thread and all the nice things everyone has posted, guys you all made her smile. I'm so grateful to have your support and friendship. She goes home tomorrow, it'll be ~3 weeks before she is back to normal. Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted September 17, 2008 Super User Posted September 17, 2008 Going home is the best medicine. Get well soon Gidget. God Bless, Falcon Quote
Super User Muddy Posted September 17, 2008 Super User Posted September 17, 2008 I don't take narcotic pain meds either. The trick is to take it a day at a time, and focus on what is better tody than it was yesterday. Hey Robet tell Gidget she can call or PM anytime for support. Quote
