Super User 5bass Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 Its about to go down, who's coming out on top? I hope the Eagles win. Quote
Super User fishinfiend Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 That was a SWEET TD!!! With plays like that he can talk all the smack he wants. Quote
fishbear Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I would rather cheer for the Raiders, than the Cowboys. (and that says a lot being a lifelong Seahawk fan) GO EAGLES!!!!! Quote
SuskyDude Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 As a Giants fan I'm obligated to hate Dallas and Philly (and Washington for that matter!). That being said, I'm picking Dallas. Either way I'm happy, because I get to watch one of them lose! Should be a fun game! Quote
Super User 5bass Posted September 16, 2008 Author Super User Posted September 16, 2008 I would rather cheer for the Raiders, than the Cowboys. That's the spirit! Quote
Super User fishinfiend Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 Why am I not surprised that Romo fumbled in the endzone? Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 Geez... Send him back to Jessica and find another quarterback! > Quote
IMPY03 Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I guess i was wrong on the score lol but how about that last play? he threw the ball away before getting in the end zone!! Quote

Evan Pease Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Im rooting for the cowboys in this one. I think they'll do better in thecond half. Quote

Siebert Outdoors Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 that was a great game. one of the best I've seen in a long time. Quote
Super User fishinfiend Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 I thoroughly enjoyed watching that game. I just hope that next time the defense will play too Quote
rondef Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I thought it was a good game last night. Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 There was no lack of excitement, that's for sure. I just hate to see Dallas win. Falcon Quote
jax Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I am so disappointed in Sheldon Brown. He should never have been beaten as bad as he was by TO. I am more disappointed that Philly let TO go instead of giving him a new contract. Over all I thought Philly's defensive plan was to soft. It looked like they ran a soft zone entirely to long in the fist half. I didn't get to watch the second half. At least it was an exciting game. I'm glad to see McNabb up and running again. It's a shame Kevin Curtis and Reggie Brown weren't healthy enough to play. It may have had a different ending. Heh. Anybody ever catch a Hawg and intentionally threw it back right before you got it into the boat?!?!?!? Quote
Super User Matt Fly Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 How about them Cowboys. Good game, fun to watch. Some great games this next weekend as well. Dallas at Green Bay. Philly and Pittsburg, not sure where they are playing. Some great games to see next week as well. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted September 16, 2008 Super User Posted September 16, 2008 Cowboys fan here. Terrible game - I'm not impressed. I'll take the "W" though. Defense sucked in the 1st quarter, and then looked tuckered out by the 2nd. They merely performed satisfactory in the 3rd, and did come up big in the end. There's some work to do there. And Romo's drop in the end zone? He said it best after the game: "I sucked." Glad he owned up to it. You kind of have to like that way he goes about it. He did look relaxed in the pocket, but I'd like to see how o-line does against a team with a real defense before getting my hopes up for a playoff win. Quote
Uncle Leo Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 After last night we again know what football needs to be like, WOW what an entertaining game. Quote
Fisher of Men Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 How about them Cowboys. Good game, fun to watch. Some great games this next weekend as well. Dallas at Green Bay. Philly and Pittsburg, not sure where they are playing. Some great games to see next week as well. Agreed it was a great game. So far I really like the chemistry of the NFL. All games I've watched have been entertaining. I've kind of been out on the NFL for the last couple of years and shifted my attention to college. I have to admit that I'm going to watch more NFL this year. Don't forget next Monday night with Jets Vs. Chargers! The Jets look a little better than I expected them to. They could have had a win this last week if their D would have stepped up late. The Chargers have to turn their losing ways around and will be ready as well. Great times in the NFL!! Quote
Super User 5bass Posted September 16, 2008 Author Super User Posted September 16, 2008 (hey, 5bass, "HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS??") LOL I'll go 'no comment' on that one B. Good game though....plenty of offense on both sides. Quote
