Just me and my pals having a jolly good time with the resources available. It doesn't get much better than that. :D

You know, they say the best things if life are free. Well, the only money I spent this summer was on root beer and fishing tackle. The rest, well, they where the best things. :)

Dude, thats a sweet vid. Looks like a lot of good memories made!

Seeing that made me smile and think back to an easier time in life, then I realized in less than 12 hours I will be at work again .

Man do I miss times like that. That was really cool. When you get older, married, kids and so on. Those will be the days to look back on and say "Remember when?"........

It saddens me to say this, but times like those are probably in my past, never to be had again.

Good memories for sure.

BucketMouth, that was as good as it gets.  If you and the Bois' were up for an Oscar, I bet you'd get it. What everyone else said.  Memories for a life time.  Great job!!

wow...fantastic vid...good job, you got me to post for the first time in months....I can't get past the first minute of most vids that are posted...the editing alone was excellent...are you thinking of a career in film?...if you are you have a great start

Well thanks everyone.  :) I am also glad I lived through the summer, although there where times when I was certain I was about to stop living.

The program I used was Windows Movie Maker, but our version of it is defective. By "defective" I mean it stalls at its own will, wich usualy was every 5 minutes. I would have to save after every little change, then it  would stall, then I'd Ctrl+Alt+Delete it, wait for it to go away, restart the program, and reload the video file. All that + Slow PC = Not fun. I started working on the video like half way through the summer and just finished it the other day.

But, it was worth it.

Ah to be young again!!!!!!!!! Do not lose these friends, the memories will keep you young at heart. Thanks for sharing.

Movie maker is a pain in the butt, I must say though your video was put together very well. Thanks for sharing, brought back some memories.

How did the trebuchet work out?  Did you lay seige to any walled cities this summer?

That video took me back to a treasured time.

Awesome video man.  I miss being your age too...and I ain't that much older than you are.  It seems the years go by quick...I am glad to see you are having so much fun and thats undoubtedly the best way to spend a summer.

Congratulations.

You know how you can tell it was a great video? Because people aren't just saying "very nice", they're saying how it made them feel. This video touched  folks on an emotional level. That's what great video does, and that's something you should be proud of.

Again, well done!

I think that is the best video ever posted on here.  That is really going to be nice to able to look back on that some "day".  And like many people have said before me, that "day" might be sooner than you're expecting.

Great video ..... 5 stars, two thumbs up, etc, etc

Haha actually the township was building a park in the lot next door and they had this massive canoe rack thing-a-ma-bob. We would lob softballs, rocks, pouches filled with steel and lead scraps, and other varius things at it. (while some body would stand on it and be the "enemy")

After a few weeks that became borring so we built it into a bike trailer by attaching bike wheels on it, and towed it around behind the three person tandem bike. Now that got some stares, horn toots and thumbs up! (intill we blew a tire and had a major wreck on main street, which since then, we have referred to as "the great wreck of '08')
