CRFisher Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 Detroit - how bad is their run defense? Atlanta ran wild on them. Indy - how did Marvin Harrison get off of that shooting charge in Philly? At first I heard the person shot ID'd him and it was Harrisons gun, and they found it hidden in a bucket at Harrisons car wash and then no charges?!?! Pats - NBC just said Pats are bringing in Chris Simms, not a good sign. SD - they have to beat a Steve Smithless Panthers if they want to be considered one of the elite teams Jets - I am so sick of hearing about Brett Favre and I hate the Jets. Put them together now and I might have a stroke before week 3. Tennessee - is next year the year they draft another QB? Quote
Super User South FLA Posted September 8, 2008 Super User Posted September 8, 2008 Went to the Dolphin/Jets game and as I am sitting there watching Brett I am thinking HOW THE HECK DID GREEN BAY let him go. By the way even though the Dolphins lost there is hope, Ronnie looked good, Ricky is out of the fog and Peddington is not a bad pickup. I'll be happy with 7 wins Quote

The image he put off in my opinion was one of a person with a great friendly attitude and a very smart man, I was shocked to learn he had been involved in something like this. I don't see how they can trace the bullets to a custom made Belgian handgun, which Harrison owns and still not take any action. I read that he has roughly 25 handguns in his home. I did not expect this from a player like Marvin Harrison. Quote

CRFisher Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 I think the guy who was shot changed his story - not sure how a guy who was shot by a multimillionaire could ever change his story. : Quote
CRFisher Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 The other thing about Harrison - nothing about it in the media. Radio silence. It reminds me when Favre got caught and went into rehab, quick brush under the rug. Quote

mattm Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 No offense, but you like a man that most likely shot someone else??? Quote
