FishingBuds Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 you wouldn't have to worry about these teens anymore > this is evil, the teen in the video and the one filming it to http://www.14wfie.com/Global/story.asp?S=8588745 Quote
KYbass1276 Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 The boy needs beat with a large leather strap about 2 inches thick and then thrown in jail Quote
Super User grimlin Posted July 3, 2008 Super User Posted July 3, 2008 wow,he's lucky he didn't get charged with attempted murder on top of that cruelty to a child charge. Quote
Big Tom Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 That is unbelievable. I just can't fathom doing something like this. And the person filming is the older brother of that child??? Ridiculous!!! Quote
CFFF 1.5 Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 That video is absolutely disturbing. When I read the news story before watching the video I thought they were doing what they were doing but someone was catching the baby on the other end. What kind of person would do such a thing. This kid should be castrated (sp?) and never allowed to have kids and all this is after he spends about 10 years in jail. He will probably get probation. Maybe 6 months in juvie. Quote
KYbass1276 Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 He's not going to get much in the way of punishment anyway because he is under 18. Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted July 3, 2008 Super User Posted July 3, 2008 Throwing the book at him will not be enough. He needs his clock cleaned. Quote

Thats the first thing I thought when I saw the still shot the other day. We cant see You tube videos at work and I really thought he was bouncing the kid to someone to catch... While that would still not an intelligent or safe practice, I would have never thought he was just letting the child fall. With no regard for human safety on his part, should there be any regard for his safety in punishment? I think not.... :-X Quote
Jake P Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 I don't know what to say, i don't understand. A person with that much disregard for an 8 month old babies life has some very serious problems, i just don't get it. Quote
guitarkid Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 I would beat the _ _ _ _ out of him. everyday. for a year. What did the baby ever do? Does he feel like more of a man now that he beat up a baby? There are very few things that get me ticked off, but this is one of them. -searoach Quote
Chad. Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Not only did he show disregard and harm to a BABY he posted it on youtube ultimate failure. I cant believe he video taped it i don't know what reactions he though he would have got, but if they were good he's been smoking a little too much of something Quote
JShrock07 Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 He may not get much time for this stunt only because he is under 18 but trust me I work in this field: with the people I see all the time getting sent to jail it seems like it is the same people ever 4-8 months. It is just a revolving door, so when he is over 18 and he gets sent to jail all his old charges will follow him around and someone will slip up and tell another inmate what he has done and after that he wont last to long in jail. Many guys in jail deserve to be there but there are a lot of guys with "not serious" charges and they do not tolerate any type of child cruelty whatsoever. The majority of them already have kids on the outside, and they wouldn't want that to happen to their children! I hope he really uinderstands what he has done!!! > > > > Quote
Kimbro Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 That punk a$ needs to get the **** beat out of him. If I was his father, jail would be the last of his worries. Man that ticks me off. Joe Quote
frogtog Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 We just had one tie his 12 year old to a tree for 2 days and he died. This was in Macclesfield NC two weeks ago when it was so hot. What the hell could theise people have been thinking about. I believe that Social Services had already been involved with this family. Sure wished someone had seen it coming. We have got kids out there with no raising having kids and the wheel keeps turning. > Quote

fish-fighting-illini Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 man how stupid can people get. Dumb stunt to start with, then having the baby land on the hard flloor. To top it off and put it on U-tube man that is some kind of stupid. Quote
