Super User Bassn Blvd Posted June 22, 2008 Super User Posted June 22, 2008 Why do I live in the fishing capital of the world and only have COD to choose from on the fricken menu board. I woke up craving some fried catfish or grouper but all they had was fricking cod. I don't understand. Thanks for listening, I almost feel better. Quote
Super User Jimzee Posted June 22, 2008 Super User Posted June 22, 2008 I can hook you up with some tasty walleye, send it overnight packed on dry ice. Mighty fine table fare. Quote

vicdotcom Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 What bothers me even more is that the stores are charging us 9.99-14.00 a pound for FLOUNDER! I mean we have are a peninsula and im paying this much for flounder??? When I was living in NYC I could get it for 3$ a pound. I have no idea why fish is so costly in Florida. All except for catfish that is. Vic Quote
fishbear Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 Come on over, am grilling salmon and shrimp kabobs today. Quote
