Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted June 18, 2008 Super User Posted June 18, 2008 http://sports.yahoo.com/golf/pga/news?slug=ap-woodsfuture&prov=ap&type=lgns Wonder if the Open was really worth it to him? Will he be the same after? Guess only time will tell... Quote
LCpointerKILLA Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 some people are saying he will have to change his swing because he twists too much. I think he will improve once he is all better Quote
guitarkid Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Holy cow! I knew he hurt his knee, but he MESSED up his knee! -searoach Quote
Super User 5bass Posted June 19, 2008 Super User Posted June 19, 2008 Keep in mind, he was instructed by his doctor to skip the US Open.....then Tiger told his doc that not only was he going to play....he was going to win. He had several leg related issues during the Open. Strained hamstring, bum knee and some kind of issue with his shin. If he does have to change his swing, thats going to have a big effect on his game.....at least for a while it will. Quote
Ambergris Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 I have a sense that when you're Tiger Woods you can have a bionic knee produced from material freshly shipped in from Mars that will self heal and protect him from cancer...forever. Quote
Ambergris Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 ...and NASA will pay him with land on Mars to advertise it. Quote
