Camping

Where do I camp at though? I know some places have campsites. Smallwood state park I think is $30 a night which I could swing, but what about other places? Do I just setup a tent in the lot?

Love the tent in the spring and fall.     In Texas during the summer, its almost too hot to climb in a tent at 10pm in the summer.

I haven't camped since my accident, but when we did it was in a tent. The only time the tent gets used now is when the grandkids want to play in it.

IMHO anything but a tent, lean-too, hammock, or ground pad aint camping.

You might as well stay at a Hilton.

Tents are good, but nothing gets better than folding the seats down in my blazer with the sun-roof open and windows open.

My definition of camping is a Holiday Inn and an Olive Garden or Applebee's resturant.

I dont see why you couldnt just set up your tent next to, behind or in front of the truck in the parking lot unless they have a rule against it which would suck. With an air mattress it would be fine, plus its flat!
