I'm with Sam.  Dumb, stupid, yes.  Funny. . . yes.  Come on guys.  As much as I like to visit BPS, it isn't sacred ground.  It's not like there are endangered species in the fish tank.  Like someone else said, they have to deal with boats, swimmers, etc. in the lake.

As far as why the employees didn't do anything, they were probably more in shock than not concerned with catching them.  Seriously, who would have seen that coming?
