CROW!  Just hate it when the wife gets to say I new it would happen, but you wouldn't listen.  (Is there a cure for chronic procrastination?)

Chicken Breasts in a tomato/vodka cream sauce, rice pilaf and zuchinni with sauteed onions. It was good.

 If it tastes have as good as it sounds I'm envious!

Well, seeing how the grapes and balogna sandwich the other night meade me sick, I think tonight I'll do a bowl of cereal.  Perhaps plain cheerios and a banana.  Or Cap't Crunch Berries.   Better yet, I think I'll settle for a Bosc Pear...

Fruti de mar Salad

Scungilli(conch),Pulpo (Octopus),Calamri(Squid),Clams and Shrimp

All steamed, c left out to chill to room Temp. then put over a bed of lettuce

Dressing: Fresh Garlic,Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

an Irish buddy of mine calls it BAIT SALAD ;D

Fruti de mar Salad

Scungilli(conch),Pulpo (Octopus),Calamri(Squid),Clams and Shrimp

All steamed, c left out to chill to room Temp. then put over a bed of lettuce

Dressing: Fresh Garlic,Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

an Irish buddy of mine calls it BAIT SALAD ;D

That sounds really good.  But I would prefer it with a jar of Ragu instead of dressing.  Ok, maybe not Ragu but some homemade sauce.

Tonight is a good one. I picked up some fresh sheets of pasta and a beautiful Tuscan loaf (very hard crust) this afternoon down on "the Hill" and a med sized lobster (about 2 lbs) down the street when my buddy came in off the water,...good timing :)

So tonight, it's homemade Lobster Ravioli w/ a pink vodka cream sauce served with steamed asparagus.  

For desert,....(I'll take a pic when it's done) I'm making a white chocolate mousse pie wit a homemade chocolate graham cracker crust and a blueberry sauce drizzled over the lot.

If this one doesn't work, I'll eat my hat,  ;) lol

RAGU!!!!! No self respecting I talian uses that crap ;D Any way Bass Blvd If you were to take those steamed fish off the steamer and add them to the basic marinara sauce i posted in the Sausage and Pepper Recipie for the last 10 minutes and put it over some Liguini, then you got something nice!!!!!!!!

That's what I'm talking about.  Can you do that for me and have it shipped to me in a vacuum packed bag over ice.  I dumped my only self respecting Italian girlfriend a few years ago.  Her mom took the recips with her too.
