I don't have any problems with the ad but, I believe there is a program that stops all flash on a website from displaying. I'm not sure what the program is called but if you do a google search you will probably be able to find it. By the way what type of trouble are you having with the ad, is it the bandwith or slow computer, do you need to update your flash player?

Try updating to the latest flash player first.  I'd rather address and solve the problem and ban an advertiser because we couldn't figure out a solution.

I have the latest Flash player and my browser just crawls when the Allstate ad is up. When both the top ad and the side bar ad run at the same time, my system nearly stops. There's a lot of animation going on there. Don't know the answer, just letting you know.
