HesterIsGod Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 I have been having some really bad cramps in my left leg lately. I have eaten bananas and taken potassium pills, but they keep coming back. Does this mean anything. Quote
frogtog Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 How old are you? Anything over 45 is normal for everything to hurt. Quote
jrhennecke Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 I get them because of some medication I have to take. If you are really worried though and they are happening frequently see your doctor. Quote
Super User Sam Posted March 1, 2008 Super User Posted March 1, 2008 Please see your doctor. It could be nothing or it could be major. Do not fool around with it like us guys who just do not go to the doctors. I am one like you. I have been fighting broncitus for over 60 days. Headed back to doctor on Tuesday at my wife's insistance. Please do the same and let us know what you find out. Quote

HesterIsGod Posted March 1, 2008 Author Posted March 1, 2008 Same thing happened to a friend of mine. One week later he was dead. All right thanks for the positive feedback Burley!!! I am very young, only 17 years old, pretty healthy. I dont think its anything serious. It just lasts for a little while and it usually happens around basketball season. Quote

BassChaser57 Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 Of course it is most likely a potassium need but it could be a blood clot in your leg as they give pain and cramps. Be careful and get it checked if the pain and cramps continues. Quote
Popeye Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 At your young age I doubt that it's anything serious BUT it MIGHT BE!!! PLEASE go see a REAL doctor just in case!! Quote
jrhennecke Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 HesterIsGod Did you go see the DR.? Hope everything turned out ok. Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted March 14, 2008 Super User Posted March 14, 2008 My God man , go to a doctor. This could be something serious. Quote

Guest muddy Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Hey would you go to a Lawn Care guy to get your car tuned up? The guys here know a lot of stuff, but I do not know one who is a doctor, you need to see a doctor. At 17 your bones are still growing and you need to make sure all is ok Quote
ba7ss3in Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Hope you have seen a doctor. I didn't like going to doctors and it took me 6 months to realize that my cough was going away. After not getting any sleep and coughing up blood I finally went to the doctor. I'm 34 with a pacemaker/ defibrillator and have an enlarged heart from a viral infection. I could have dropped dead at any point. You never know Quote
HesterIsGod Posted March 14, 2008 Author Posted March 14, 2008 I have not been to the doctor but the problem has since gone away. I do not think it was anything serious. Quote
HesterIsGod Posted March 15, 2008 Author Posted March 15, 2008 Glad to hear you are feeling better. Thaks for the concerns Quote
=Matt 5.0= Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Doctors are overrated... ever wonder why they call it a "practice"? Quote
