Super User Jimzee Posted March 9, 2008 Super User Posted March 9, 2008 I sure wish I had found one of these in grandpa's old tacklebox. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260216740306#description Quote

Super User Redlinerobert Posted March 9, 2008 Super User Posted March 9, 2008 What a cool find. Especially for the lucky collector who wins the item. Quote
JiggaMan512 Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Wow and for such a reasonably low price too. Looking at lures like this makes a couple things come to my mind -If this thing caught fish, What in the !@#$ is my Spro Frog or LC Sammy doing wrong??! -If this thing caught fish, fish are alittle dumber than we take them for. - Whoever bought this lure, shame on you. I understand the nostalgia in a lure like this, but COME ON!! 10k+ for a LURE??!! theres people that are so hungry in this world that EATING a live frog is something that they would do in a hearbeat. And this guy is buying $10,500 pieces of wood??? yeah yeah, piece of history too, but when it comes down to it, its about 3 inches of WOOD and some metal. I can't sit here and tell people what to do with there own money, but wow. :-[ Quote
