Muddy, It's funny you mention Robert.  6 degrees of separation in effect here.  Robert has a friend in Miami who is a DEA agent.  He was part of the group that seized that very vessel.  He was showing me pics awhile ago.

I suspect fuel costs were not a consideration.

The owner was probably only planning to use

that vessel for a one way trip, one time.

Good Gaaaawly! How did they ever seize a boat like that? Oh yeah...they probally ran out of gas!  :-?
