Super User burleytog Posted March 2, 2008 Super User Posted March 2, 2008 It has been one of those years. In the last week we've seen highs in the 60s one day, upper 20s the next. Rain, snow, sleet, wind. All in one week. This is the time of the year where if you don't like the weather, wait an hour, it might change. Quote
Quinn Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Currently it's 73* and we are under a Winter Weather Advisory for tonight and tomorrow : Don't forget the thunder storms, hail and mabey tornados. Before we get the snow tonight, I'm sick of it. > Stay safe Quote
Super User Alpster Posted March 2, 2008 Super User Posted March 2, 2008 Yesterday I organized tackle boxes and oiled reels. It was 34 degrees with snow flurries and freezing rain. Tomorrow the forcast is Sunny and 60. Go figure. Next week the clocks go back to normal. It's one of the happiest days of the year for me. Springtime is coming! Ronnie Quote
Super User senile1 Posted March 3, 2008 Super User Posted March 3, 2008 It looks like they missed the forecast on the snow. The last of the snow melted in my yard yesterday. It's nice to see some grass. Monday through Friday this week we are projected to have lows in the teens and 20s plus highs in the low 30s. It's supposed to break 40 again this coming weekend. There's a lot of ice still in the coves of the bigger lakes and the smaller ones are still iced over. It won't be long. I have my weapons at the ready. Quote
Super User senile1 Posted March 3, 2008 Super User Posted March 3, 2008 Muddy, that's right, you're in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I suppose you guys still have everything under ice? I feel for you, my Brother. Thanks for reminding me to count my blessings. It could be worse. Quote
