You are the last person on the forum i would've guessed as a smoker. Frog keep on keepin on. All this talk is makin my mouth water, i will go smoke one for you right now buddy. Good luck Quote
BUCKEYEone Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Okay quitting coffee is now out of the question. I had to have a cup this morning...but cigs are still the devil! Quote
Cigarlover 1 Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Frog hang in there buddy. I've smoked cigarettes off and on since I was 14. I'm 32 now and have had about 3 cigs since my wife found out she was pregnant in Oct of last year. I too have been eating everything in sight. Chewing gum is my friend. Anytime I get a craving for a cig I'll pop a couple pieces of chewing gum and the craving will pass. Half the addiction of cigarettes for me was just the habit of it. Once I got out of the habit, which took about 2 wks it was much easier to not have one. And I have to say I feel so much better physically being about 6 months quit. Food taste alot better too. Smoking does a number on your taste buds. Quote
