Super User roadwarrior Posted February 1, 2008 Super User Posted February 1, 2008 First of all, I'm rooting for BOTH teams! Eli Manning and the Giants are the Cinderella Story. Winning against what have appeared to be insurmountable odds. I wish them luck. Tom Brady and his Patriots, perhaps the "Greatest Football Team of All Time". Maybe "THE BEST" quarterback to ever play the game and the magic, Perfect Season. The New England Patriots: 27 The New York Giants: 13 8-) Quote
Zel Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 I always root for the AFC, but being a Jets fan there is no way I will root for the Pats this year. So mine is more of a hope than a prediction. NYG 24 NE 17 Quote
Evan Pease Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 32-28 Giants, they will have a lot of field goals but their D should hold the Pats off. Quote
frogtog Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 NYG - 21 NE - 17 And that's the way it is. Now what do I win? Quote
Masshole Mike Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 i'm hoping for a high scoring game so i'm goin with pats 35 giants 24 Quote
Popeye Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 27 - 24 Giants. I'd like to see them both loose, but I guess that's not possible unless the cheerleaders played. Quote
BucketmouthAngler13 Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 31 pats 35 giants hopefuly.... Quote
low_pro Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 I am hoping 23-21 Giants, but unfortunatley I think this guy might be right... 41-21 Pats Go Colts! :'( Quote
Dean Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 I am hoping 23-21 Giants, but unfortunatley I think this guy might be right... 41-21 Pats Go Colts! :'( This game will be over by half time and I will be sleeping. Seriously, you guys think the G men can contian our potent offensive unit? I will wake up monday morning, drinkin my coffee and I will be on here first thing MON to rub the dominating Patriots victory in. Quote
tipptruck1 Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 I don't even think the pack could beat them. So my score is 41-14. Yea the pats are going to kill them. But I will be watching some thing else. Quote
Super User Hookemdown. Posted February 1, 2008 Super User Posted February 1, 2008 My prediction? 23-7 Pats Quote
Super User Sam Posted February 1, 2008 Super User Posted February 1, 2008 Patriots 34 Giants 7 In the biggest game of his life, Eli falls on his ***. Quote
RiskKid. Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 I'm kind of tired of this game before it even starts, in the past two weeks we've heard about almost nothing else but this one game. I actually will be glad when its over. The greed and arrogance of the NFL is beginning to wear on me. I say this as a season ticket holder to an NFL team and someone who has only missed attending 2 games in the past 8 years, pre-season included. That having been said I'll watch it just to see what happens......I think the Pats will win by 13 or so (just agreeing with the bookies) Quote
Super User Alpster Posted February 1, 2008 Super User Posted February 1, 2008 I think the Giants will pull it out with a field goal in the closing seconds. NY 27 NE 24 Ronnie Quote
The_Natural Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I'm not a fan of either team, but it would be hard to root for Bill Belicheat and Shady Brady. Quote
Korea_Bassin Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 Pats 35. Jets 24. Don't bet on it!!! Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted February 3, 2008 BassResource.com Administrator Posted February 3, 2008 I'm with Ronnie on this one. Quote
Super User David P Posted February 3, 2008 Super User Posted February 3, 2008 Considering that both teams scored about 30 last time out, in sub par weather, I think both teams will have over 24 for sure. I'd say 34-27 Pats win. I'd hate to see such a great season end on a loss. Quote
Super User grimlin Posted February 3, 2008 Super User Posted February 3, 2008 Giants 31 Pats 27 Why i'm thinking the same thing i don't know...It could be vice versa, but that score sounds about right.Remember NY almost did beat pats on the last season game.I think it's gonna be a close one again. Quote
bassmasta7 Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 34-17 Pats Not even close by the second half. Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted February 3, 2008 Super User Posted February 3, 2008 Giants 21 Pats 14 Let's see how this one plays out boys. Quote
