slomoe Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 i actually make my own ring tones, i found a program that lets you input any .mp3 file and cut out whatever part you want to use for a ringer. it's pretty sweet, super easy to use, and it's free, too. And where might we find said program? If you don't mind me asking.. My ringtone is usually on vibrate because I work in a quiet office, My ringback tone is Goodie Mob's Cell Therapy.

Masshole Mike Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/ that's the site for the program... http://www.wired.com/entertainment/music/commentary/listeningpost/2006/02/70150 and that's a site that explains how to use the program. you'll have to download an extension for audacity called "LAME" or something like that so that you can export the ring tone mp3 files to your phone. you'll also need a way to get the mp3's onto your phone, like if you have a memory card for your phone you can download the ring tones from your computer to the card and then put them onto your phone. hope that all helps. My fiance made one for herself on the phone. It sounds like the verbalization of background "adult film" music LOL She's a goof and I love her....what am I gonna do?
