I am a Jig A Maniac because of their versatility. But worm is second.

My favorite would be "Other" on your poll list, since you didn't include topwaters. But I don't hesitate to use any lure appropriate for the conditions when topwater isn't producing.

Winter, spring, summer, or fall it's all about plastics  ;)

O man its always plastics.  Any where any time but if I need to cover water I opt for a buzz frog, crankbait or c rig.  But always plastics in any season and condition.

I'm confident I would catch more bass on soft plastics than anything else. The Fat Ika and 6" Senko have been my go-to baits for some time. However, my attention has shifted to fishing a jig. I don't catch as many bass, but the one's I do are "special". I have become addicted to the jig.

Plastics are the way to go. Fish them deeper than you would other times of the year. I tend to concetrate in the 15-30' range, unless I am fishing a grass bed. Then it is the outside edge that I work and that will depend on the water clarity that allows for the grass to grow. Last weekend on Toledo Bend the outside grass line was from 12-15' in the mid lake area.

I use my goto baits. Zoom Baby Brush Hogs and Senkos. Also frogs if I'm fishing liily pads. I've caught countless numbers of fish on thoose three lures!!!
