Super User fourbizz Posted January 5, 2008 Super User Posted January 5, 2008 What are some of the things in your life that you just can't seem to get rid of. Here are some of mine: The girl whose name you do not know that is lying beside you when you wake up. The mental image of that giant bed fish from this spring. The half bottle of Triple Sec that is in the liquor cabinet. The one blue striped sock that doesnt have a mate, yet keeps showing up in the dryer Junky old rattle traps that you found shore combing Berkley Line Old girlfriends' panties The desire to punch Dr. Phil those are some that come to mind please note: " burley, fourbizz, and muddy man ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE ANSWERS, craig baugher is however " Quote
bassnleo Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 All those old or broken rods that sit in the corner. The mental image of a fish jumping off the line, the fish that would have put you over the the top and in the money or first place. The smell of the Spring air the first time on the water. Those old containers of scent, you never use them, but for some reason you keep those crusty things around "just in case". Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 That nagging "I can't believe I just paid that much" feeling you get when you buy from Yamamoto.... Quote

Super User Tin Posted January 5, 2008 Super User Posted January 5, 2008 The sight of your spinnerbait flashing just under the surface, then an even bigger flash The sight and sound of 40 boats just blasting to their spots first thing in the morning. The best feeling of all, lipping that 4 pounder at just before 3 o'clock and realizing the tournament is yours. Quote
Panamoka_Bassin Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 The feeling of disappointment while playing a live gig, ripping up a great guitar solo on "Shanty," and breaking your G-string just as its getting good... That box of crackers with just few halves and crumbs left ('cuz someday you might need 'em???) That annoying neighbor who comes over randomly and asks, "You fishin'?" The smell of squid soaked into your clothes Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted January 5, 2008 Super User Posted January 5, 2008 7:30am going over the bow in 19* air and feeling like you went in a tub of warm water. If only for an instant...No dry clothes in the boat... Quote
