Fish Man Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 alot of talk over the 4 games this week for the wild card, wondering who yall think will win and which game you most look forward to seeing? Quote
Troutfisher Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Please win at least 1 game Steelers! Really, I'd like to see the Patriots get knocked off. Quote
Fish Man Posted January 2, 2008 Author Posted January 2, 2008 oh god how did i know that was comming lol ;D i think everyone thats not a fan of thiers wans the pats to lose.im nuetral either way i don t care...that is unless the skins omehow find a way to arizona Quote
Super User Matt Fly Posted January 3, 2008 Super User Posted January 3, 2008 I think, no matter how you paired them up. NFC playoffs this weekend have good parity written all around. NY vs TB Wash vs Seattle I think you could swap any of those teams, and still have good first round games. I would have to say that Dallas and Green Bay will have good test from any one of these teams. Quote
Fish Man Posted January 3, 2008 Author Posted January 3, 2008 washington or new york agains dallas would be great. 2 teams that know each other very well and would be very well prepared Quote
Super User Tin Posted January 3, 2008 Super User Posted January 3, 2008 Please win at least 1 game Steelers! Really, I'd like to see the Patriots get knocked off. Ok Giants win (If they play like they did against the Pats), Skins win (They are playing with a lot of emotion and played very well against Dallas), Jags win (Because Pittsburg is just , Titans win (Barely lost last time against the Bolts and the Chargers are not so hot in the playoffs, heard Chris Burman say they were 0-3 in there last 3 home playoff games). Quote
Troutfisher Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Hey, I've got one right, against all odds! Quote
slomoe Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Skins win (They are playing with a lot of emotion and played very well against Dallas) Now thats what I like to hear Tin If all goes well I may have you picking my next lotto numbers. ;D Quote
rondef Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Jacksonville, Tennessee, Tampa Bay and Seattle win this weekend. Sorry Skins fans but Seattle has been the sleeper team and will not loose this weekend. Steelers fans know they have to many injured playerss to win. Giants fans know they have to many injured players to win, they lost three in the Pats game last week. San Diego does not play well in the playoffs. Quote
Fish Man Posted January 3, 2008 Author Posted January 3, 2008 the only reason the seahawks are a sleeper is because they have a crap schedule.they get to play san fransisco, arizona, and st louis 2 times that there is 6 easy wins(i think they won 5),everybody knows this and they know that any team besides the other 3 teams in that division could win it if they were there, also take into account that they have only one win against a team with a winning record that would make having a 10-6 record easy for nearly every team in the league my point- while they may be good they dont deserve any credit until they earn it against a respectable team Quote
jeremyt Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 You guys are crazy the Chargers will smoke the Titans like a cheap cigar. You can take that to the bank. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted January 6, 2008 BassResource.com Administrator Posted January 6, 2008 my point- while they may be good they dont deserve any credit until they earn it against a respectable team Seahawks 35, Redskins 14 [move]R-E-S-P-E-C-T![/move] To all those people who were predicting an upset - How does that crow taste? Rondef, you are dead-on right. Seattle has been underrated and virtually ignored by the rest of the country. For this reason, most people outside the northwest are clueless about this team. Well, here's your wake up call! Quote
Troutfisher Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 The NFC is a joke....they haven't won a Super Bowl in who knows how long This may be fueled by the Steelers losing to the Jags, oh well. Quote
Fish Man Posted January 6, 2008 Author Posted January 6, 2008 oh yess its a joke!!!. all the AFC has is the patriots and then they are back even with the NFC Quote
Troutfisher Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 And the Colts. And the Chargers. And the Steelers. A League of Winners. 8-) Someone's mad because the Redskins lost. Quote
Fish Man Posted January 6, 2008 Author Posted January 6, 2008 the best in the NFC are just as good as all those teams and the steelers??? LOL!! P.S who had the leagues worst team this year? ;D Quote
Fish Man Posted January 6, 2008 Author Posted January 6, 2008 and if you want to get technical the NFC has 8 more wins overall than the AFC p.s. steelers just lost ;D Quote
Super User Matt Fly Posted January 6, 2008 Super User Posted January 6, 2008 I don't understand how any one can call a veteran team, with a veteran coach flying under the radar. The QB puts up pro bowl numbers every year and he doesn't always have the big name receivers. Shaun had some nagging injuries, but back up RB made the team better due to a little competition when Shaun came back. All the known factors are no secrets. I don't think there are too many secrets or low flyers, this is the playoffs. Quote

Jake. Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 And the Colts. And the Chargers. And the Steelers. A League of Winners. 8-) Someone's mad because the Redskins lost. And the Jaguars. Quote
Jake. Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 P.S who had the leagues worst team this year? ;D The NFC, how bout them Carowlina Panthurs! Quote
Jake P Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 The whole game i knew it wasnt over and then when Pittsburgh started makin there comeback in the 4th quarter down 18 points i was certain that they would win, so i said it "steelers are gonna win" then it all went down hill from there! I jinxed them! NO! why?! seriously though i thought we had it in the bag until that QB sneak. Then of course came the fumble by bin roethlisberger after the field goal by Jacksonville. Disappointing..... Quote
