I wouldn't call myself a picky eater at all, but I'm not sure how anyone can enjoy blue cheese. I've had it once, and that was enough for me. To me, its like trying to eat a sweaty gym sock. I just can't get past the smell. The taste isn't my favorite either. :-X

My opinion is that anyone who wants to can eat as much blue cheese as they want, just not around me. :P

My mother and sister make this cheese mix that has a spicey pepper taste.  It is made in a ring mold and in the center are placed strawberry or raspberry preserves.  The fruit cools and enhances the spices.  Eaten on your choice of cracker.  I'm sure that I will eat  way to much of it this Christmas season.

We always have a coupe of blocks of cheese around, sometimes I crack one open with a loaf of French bred and thats what we eat for dinner, sometimes as appetizers cube it when company is over.

I'm a very cheesy guy

Sometimes I'll sit down in front of the TV with a brick of cheese and a knife and just go to town.

I love all types of cheese, especially Swiss.

Cheddar here, followed by any of the Mexican food cheeses. . . pepperjack, monterey jack, goat, etc.

I still enjoy plain old American, too.

Someone gave us some pepper jelly once.  You could eat it on top of cream cheese and a club cracker.

Mmmmmm good!!
