has anyone played this game yet i bought it . it looks great you can build your own lakes and fish them in tournaments and build your own cities and it looks awesome ,but the problem is when i try to play it ,it keeps screwing up. anyone else have this game and had this problem. j/w

I don't have the game, nor did I know it existed, but being a biut of a gamer, I can give you some basic tips.  First, make sure your system is good enough to handle the game, not only with HD room, but also RAM, graphics, windows edition, and CPU speed.  Next, go to the web site and see if there are any patches or dowloads or fixes for the game (alot of times companies rush games out with TONS of bugs that will only be fixed by DL'ing a patch).  If all that's been done, try un-installing and re-installing.  After that, you'll be thouroughly aggrevated and ready to put the CD in the skeet launcher.

After I saw this post I google the game and manage to download demo. It works for me. It alright. You cant seem to control the fisherman you have. Least I couldn't figure it out in my one hour of playing demo. After 1 hour you cant play demo until you buy game.

I played one of the sceniro where you had to stock the new lake with 600 bass and increase lake popularity I manage to do that successfully. Then I spent remainder of my demo minutes fishing a tournament. You can fix the lake while tournament is in play. Far as the fisherman part all you can do is tell him where you want him to be. YOu can tell him what lure, line, depth, and where to fish. Then he'll go do it. On one of lake I built he manage a 36 pound sack and won. ;D

It kind of cool, it'll take some getting used too though. I might buy it next week or something. I didnt play all features or even figure out all features before my demo time was up, but it was alright.

I dont know why it not working for you must be your system or something.
