Ky_Lake_Dude Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 What is up with this?!! she gets to live in her multi million dollar mansion for the rest of her sentencing. > Quote
tipptruck1 Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 I bet if this happend to me I would be serving a year behind jail. Then after I got out iam sure I would giving a year or two or probation. Man I would love to be a judge so the rich couldn't get off like this. Quote
Fisher of Men Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 This is just a sign of how unjust our justice system is. It makes me sick to my stomach. > > > You're right Tipp. We would be there awhile if we had committed this crime. As if they already hadn't done enough by cutting her sentence in half and putting her in her own cell. Quote
L-Train Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Could you imagine the whinning and complaining she did to her guard? But who didn't see this coming? Quote

Super User Maxximus Redneckus Posted June 7, 2007 Super User Posted June 7, 2007 Only us Americans can make a change in 2008. There are other parties to vote for then the obvious as long as we keep voting the same PARTIES in the same BS will continue to go on .Its a long uphill battle BUT if we dont do anything it will always get worse. We need to show big brother who runs America .Its sad when 300+/- politicians control 38 million ppl like we are sheep > Quote
mattm Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 I'm sorry I have lost track of this story. Did she actually spend sometime in jail. If so this is further than I thought it would ever go. Quote

Super User Root beer Posted June 7, 2007 Super User Posted June 7, 2007 I wonder what judge she blew off in order to reduce her sentence. :. But hey man it CALIFORNIA JUSTIC SYSTEM. They let jackoff walk, paris walk, and that other dude that shot his wife, and they also let OJ walk (but hey johnny cochran had me convince "if glove dont fix, you must acquit.") California, full of movies stars and crooked judges. God Bless the USA. Quote

Super User cart7t Posted June 8, 2007 Super User Posted June 8, 2007 We didn't even get the chance to start a Paris Jail watch thread. Darn it! Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 This morning on the Daily Buzz, they were saying she was making 100k/day in jail, writing a diary. Hope she had a cell mate to help her with the BIG words ;D Quote
tipptruck1 Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I guess she going back. She has to be in court tomorrow. They said the let her go becasue she was sick. Last time I knew jails had hospitals. To make it better they didn't check her out. They just sent her home. Quote

mattm Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 On a radio station here I heard that right before she went in the Sherriff office asked if she could do house arrest and the judge denied it. When she actually showed up and presumably got sick : the sherriff office let her go without consulting the judge. A lawyer called in and said that was illegal. Probably why shes going back to court. frogtog Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Now lets give that judge a little respect.ALLRIGHT. Quote
Guest avid Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 When I first saw this thread, I was really shocked. At the original sentencing, the judge made it absolutely clear that house arrest was not an option. My guess is that her psychiatrist who visited trumped up some BS that she is mentally ill or some other crappola, and the sherriff who does not want the media spotlight that comes with Paris saw an excuse to get rid of a potential headache. So I went right to yahoo and the headline story is her being sent back. This judge don't play. It said he ordered her to serve the 45 days of her original sentence, not the reduced. 23. That photo of her should be the "poster girl" picture for all the reckless rich kids who think they can buy there way out of anything. If this jude were in charge of the OJ trial instead of that clown Ito, the "juice" would be servin life. Quote
Guest the_muddy_man Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Speaking of the juice Headline today OJ TO REMARRY seems he wants to take another stab at it Quote
