Did anyone receive a message when trying to log into this forum that you needed to verify your password?

I received the message and followed the e-mail reply instructions but all verification tries failed.

Then, I closed the web page and logged back on to this site and everything worked correctly.

Any ideas what was occurring?

Has an outside source gotten into this forum and is playing games?

Just wondering.
