Or when some one says that person is in charge of this project or operation you can subsitute that with this.   He is the one humping the goat here I'm just holding  the horns.    ;)

 Those were GREAT!! Sounds like the difference in working in an office and construction work. Going to have to remember the one about the goat. That covers more than the work place ;D

Excuse me, sir,

In response to your last memo regarding foul language, that's interesting.  I love a challenge, but, I'm a bit overloaded at the moment.    You should check with Susie, she's an aggressive go getter, and sure she is willing to help.  However, I don't think you understand, and, I think you could use more training in regard to this subject.  I'm certain that isn't feasible and I am not sure it can be implemented.  

My boss, well, he was somewhat insensitive to this subject, and, he's not familiar with the issues.  I will try to work on the new policy, I will try to schedule that and perhaps work late.
