Getting it ready to go fishing this weekend. I love black cars when they are clean :)

Yea, I know what you're saying.  Over the weekend I thought about hosing off my 1989 Chevy Celeberty but I was afraid I'd pop more of the paint off.  So, I opted to get out the can of primer and spray a few more rust spots. ;)

Sweet ride Redline.  Those brakes really stick out.  I'll bet that thing will pull the heck out of that Ranger.   ;D

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL RIDE!!!

It reminds me of not so long ago when I rolled into a drive thru of A Dairy Queen in my Firebird Convertable. The young girl came to the window all big eyed, and said " WOW I hope I can afford a car like that before I get old." That was a bit funny but gave me a reality check. Sold it and bought a truck. 8-)

VERY NICE RIDE!!!

I'm trying to convince my wife to get an H2 when her lease is up. She doesn't know if she want's to drive something THAT BIG.

I'm afraid there is going to be another boring Impala in my driveway.

Gotta hand it to you Redline.

I've been reading this forum for years, but this is the first post where a guy started a thread about the joys of car washing.  :D

I have always enjoyed detailing my cars.  Over the years I have become quite good at it.  It's also a great stress reliever for me.

I also like black cars when clean, obsidian black is one of the most beautiful colors there is ...... and a real pain in the arse, it gets dirty in an eyeblink, it swirls almost as fast as it gets dirty, it traps heat and in the time it takes the AC to cool the interior you get cooked, but have to admit it obsidian black/ red interiors is a killer combination ( guess what color DA FEECHIN MACHINA is ?   ;) ).

But I don 't find any joy in washing it, I leave that to the car washing pros.  ;D
