Super User KU_Bassmaster. Posted March 23, 2007 Super User Posted March 23, 2007 Rock Chalk Jayhawk!!!! ;D Couldn't sleep tonight. Messed around with Photoshop and this is the outcome Quote
Super User Sam Posted March 23, 2007 Super User Posted March 23, 2007 I guess this means you are ready for some basketball? Nice game against UK. It drove 10-Loss Tubby to Minnessota. Being from LSU it is nice to see UK in the toilet and lose once again in the NCAA Tournament. Of course, I can't say much because the Fighting Tigers were so bad this year under Puffy Cheeks that they did not even get the opportunity to lose in the first round of the NIT and Big Baby decided to jump to the NBA. However, football is right around the corner. Can't wait! Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted March 23, 2007 Super User Posted March 23, 2007 Well, the fish is nice, but the colors are all wrong. It would look better if it was Maise and Blue with a big "M" on it. LOL Falcon Quote
Panamoka_Bassin Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Nah, it needs to be white and powder blue... You could name the species Tarheelus Bassus... Quote
RottManK9 Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Crimson and Gold BABY! If you ain't a NOLE you ain't Quote

Siebert Outdoors Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 I was wondering why this topic was down here. Looks like someone was just a tad bored. ;D Quote
Hawgin Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Hey KU, You might not want to introduce that fish into any of your local waters. It appears to have picked up some sort of an infectious disease that causes illusions of granduer, could cause CHOKING, and in some cases could lead to a premature exit. You can usually expect those symptoms to occur during the prespawn (i.e. late March) Quote

On to the Final Four. Rock Chalk Jayhawk!!!! Quote

Super User KU_Bassmaster. Posted March 25, 2007 Author Super User Posted March 25, 2007 :'( :'( Needless to say I am a little disappointed. It's just a little harder to swallow because we didn't play our best. All the easy baskets we missed were RIDICULOUS. I bet there was at least 20 points right there. But UCLA was the better team tonight. I am officially starting the 2008 Jayhawk campaign. ;D Everybody should be back Quote

Posted March 25, 2007 Author Super User Posted March 25, 2007 I am officially starting the 2008 Jayhawk campaign. ;D Everybody should be back I don't know if I would count on either Rush or Wright being back. Wright has said he will be back as of yesterday. Whether he stands behind that or not, who knows. I get the impression that he will. Rush said if he is a projected top 20 pick he will make a strong consideration to leave. Hopefully he will learn from the mistakes of his brothers and stay at least one more year. I also don't think his "family" is hurting for money. So hopefully he will take all that into consideration and look at the opportunity he has in front of him at KU. They have the potential to do something very special. Quote
Hawgin Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 I am sorry to hear that Wright is going to stay around. He is going to be one heck of a player next year. As for Rush, if he actually thought of the team first and stuck around, well...he would be the first member of the Rush family who was looking out for someone other than themselves. Quote

Cephkiller Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 I would really like to make a clever comment, but my heart isn't in it. I have not watched a college basketball game since IU said buh-bye to the greatest coach of all time. Quote
