Hey guys,

I'm thinking about buying a place in or around Celina.  It's close to many striper fishing hot spots and I was wondering what you could tell me about the area.

What is the economy like?  Are there large citys close by?  what is the weather year round?  Crime levels? nice place to possibly retire later?  Any information would be greatly appreciated!
