I used to collect stamps when I was young. I have some that are worth some serious $. But now I collect trophy animal heads. My wife hates it. She is going to kill me when I bring my 10pt from two years ago home this week. The wildlife artist finally got around to finishing it.

I collect porcelean birds made by company called stangl pottery.

The company went out of business in the 1970's.

I also have a collection of vintage and modern fountain pens.

I collect cash.  If anyone would care to help add to my collection, by all means, PM me.  ;)

I had a beer can collection for 9 yrs with my cousin Dutch.  We sold it when I was 20 and got $2500 each.  We could have gotten more had we shopped around for a buyer but I was at college and the parents wanted the stuff out of the house, taking up alot of valuable room now that Russ was out of the nest, lol.

I've got a collection of old Indy 500 event pins and CART event pins.

Got some antique cigar boxes.

Some old tins.

Used to have an extensive Baseball card collection from the 50's into the early 70's. Sold those in the late 80's and made a fortune on them.

Also had an extensive LP record collection.  Sold them about 10 years ago but didn't make out quite as well.

I haven't added to any of these collections for years now.

I have a small coin collection, both US and foreign, but there is no organization to it, just two big cups filled with coins.

I have been collecting elephant jokes for about 15 years now, kinda weird, but I know quite a few and every time I hear a new one, it goes into the "collection" in my brain.

I used to collect comics, but I haven't bought anything in years.  Got 'em still, wrapped in mylar and cardboard.  The best 2 are Punisher #1 first printing and the complete Spiderman "symbiot" series Marvel put out in the late 80s between 3 different titles.

Finally, I used to have all the Ducks Unlimited decanters, many of which were VERY hard to find.  Very valuble, that is until my mom bumped the shelf 4 were sitting on and them smashed to the floor.  I kinda lost the impetus (and money) for this collection since.
