John J. Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Is anyone watching this game? It is pathetic! The saints got 3 fumbles in the 1st quarter and the Bears have 2 field goals and a touchdown! (Toal 16 points). The score is now 7/16, Saints finally got a touchdown near the end of the 2nd quarter, dad is now watching the 3rd quarter and I am upstairs on the computer, but I will watch the game afterwards. My grandpa got so upset that he called dad (he is watching the game too, he resides in Louisianna) and told dad that he changed the tv channel lol! I pray to god Saints pull it off in the end! They would be in the superbowl!! 8-) Quote
NEBassMan Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 It's close now. Saints just missed the field goal to take the lead. I'm pulling for the Saints big time. Would love to see them make it. Although, the Colts are my team, so NO can't win it all Jason Quote
Super User Catt Posted January 21, 2007 Super User Posted January 21, 2007 Too many turnovers killed the saint :-[ I'm still proud of them 8-) Quote
BucketmouthAngler13 Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Looks like the bears will take the game. Last time i checked they where ahead by 3 TDs and they had the ball, and it was the 4th quater. Too bad, I was rooting for the saints... :-/ Well we can hope that the Patriots lose, then we will have a good old fashing superbowl, Bears Vs Colts. Quote
tipptruck1 Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Clear back in Augest I said the bears were gonig all they way. Don't belive me check the link. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1157042590 Quote
OcBassman63 Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Saints 14 :'( :'( :'( BEARES 39 ;D ;D ;D ;D [move]DA BEARS[/move] Quote
mjhutch1116 Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 I was also rooting for the saints but the bears just played better and they seemed to want it more. Either way the saints had a awsome year and the coach deserves alot of the credit all the way from the basement to the championship game is a real big turn around. MyKeyBe Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Just think, if the Patriots win it will be 1985 all over again! ;D Quote
Super User Dan: Posted January 22, 2007 Super User Posted January 22, 2007 Just think, if the Patriots win it will be 1985 all over again! ;D i'm already practicing my superbowl shuffle ;D Quote

Super User Catt Posted January 22, 2007 Super User Posted January 22, 2007 Colts & Bears Colts will win, Bears defense is to weak Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted January 22, 2007 Super User Posted January 22, 2007 Congratulations Bears fans! Stay confident, other teams have won the Super Bowl without a quarterback, you can, too! It's all up to the Chicago D to put the heat on Manning. If they show up the game will be close, otherwise this game has the potential to become very lopsided. Quote
chitwnbass Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Colts & Bears Colts will win, Bears defense is to weak This could be the funniest post I've ever read or the stupidest!!!! Excuse me, the Bears D is weak? Allowing 14 points against the NFC's top offense is pretty weak I guess... Cart you need to go lick your wounds somewhere else :'(. New Orleans showed up and got outplayed and outclassed. I would love to know how the Colt's imagine they're going to stop Chicago's ground game. The Bears will have no problem containing the Colts Offense and there's no real threat to chicgao from the Colts D. Bear SuperBowl XLI Champs 37-17 END OF STORY Quote
Troutfisher Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Man, the Bears defense rocks! How can you say it is too weak? I am calling a close game, but I'm saying that the Bears come up with it. Quote
Super User Catt Posted January 23, 2007 Super User Posted January 23, 2007 Saint beat themselves, on both scoring drives the bears defense could not stop them Quote
THEbassmaster Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 yea, the bears d is good, but not great like the begining of the season. i think the bears will win it though because the d will get pressure on peyton and stop addai. but the saints did beat themselves with 4 to's to none, cant win many like that. so i guess.....go bears :-[ but..........[move]WHO DEY!?[/move] ......if they can stay out of trouble/injuries, but oh wait another arrest, jonathon joseph on ?marajiuana? charges :-[ aaron Quote
John J. Posted January 23, 2007 Author Posted January 23, 2007 Colts & Bears Colts will win, Bears defense is to weak LOL, and the Saints made the Bears seem like they had the best defense of all time!! ;D I am still upset that the Saints didn't make it but that's what they call football... I also root for the Colts!! 8-) Quote
