fishbear Posted December 27, 2006 Posted December 27, 2006 I do not believe I can narrow it down to one song....to many good ones out there. Here is a short list; Bad to the Bone - George Thourogood Party All Night Long - Kiss Where Were You - Alan Jackson The Fishing Song - Brad Paisley Cowboy - Kid Rock The Trilogy Song - Elvis The Tennessee Waltz - Hank Sr. (the song my mom and dad danced to on thier wedding night) Country Boy Can Survive - Hank Jr. Sharp Dressed Man - ZZ Top Piano Man - Billy Joel Phat Bottomed Girls - Queen Save a Horse - Big and Rich I Did It My Way - Frank Sinatra Guess I better stop there or it will go on and on... Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted December 27, 2006 Super User Posted December 27, 2006 Sublime " What I Got (Reprise)" Pantera " Cemetary Gates" Lamb of God "Ruin" Slipknot "Wait and Bleed" Dont know Lamb of God, but the others I totally agree with. Some other Pantera favorites- "By demons be driven" "Regular People" and "5 minutes alone" I gotta give it to Metallica too--"One" and "Battery" Rage Against the Machine--All of the first album, "People of the Sun" and "Bulls on Parade" from the second. I also listen to any country song, can't narrow that down to one. I am sure I left some out, but you get the picture.... Quote

Panamoka_Bassin Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 This is going to be one of those VERY long threads, I think, and no 2 people are going to have all that similar faves. I've got MANY, but I've picked these 10 for a start: 1) The Story In Your Eyes- Moody Blues 2) Box of Rain - Grateful Dead 3) The Rain Song - Led Zeppelin 4) Freewill - Rush 5) God's Own Drunk - Jimmy Buffet 6) Ramblin' - Marshall Tucker Band 7) The Wind Cries Mary - Jimi Hendrix 8) Tear The Roof Off - Parliament 9) Green Eyed Lady - Sugarloaf 10) Things We Said Today - The Beatles Like I said, this is a completely incomplete list, I could probably list another 50 at least. Does give me a good start for burning a road disc, tho... Quote
