Good sweet watermelon. All summer long I would eat watermelon every day for lunch after fishing in the morning. I'd come in all sweaty and thirsty. Just a big hunk of watermelon all by itself.  :)

I'm also a fan of seafood and Italian food.

Great question.

I really enjoy many different types of cuisine.

Of course Italian food cooked sicilian style (lot's of garlic) is my favoirte general cuisine category.

Mussels Marinara is a seafood smorgasbord over linquini with a spicy marinara sauce.  Heaven on Earth.

But I could eat breakfast 24/7.  Eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage patties, frech toast, grits, ceral, fruit, Biscuits etc

If you haven't had a Peter Lugar Porterhouse steak, then buy a ticket to JFK and tell any cab driver "Peter Lugars"  Then enjoy the scenic ride from the airport to Brooklyns most famous eatery (next to Nathans Famous)  and enjoy the best steak in the world, bar none.

Whatever is on my plate   ;D

I didn't develop my 330+lb athletic physique (athletic in reference to a bowling pin) from being picky.

Favorites though would have to be my Grandmother's smothered pork chops.  She cooked them in an electric frying pan covered with onions and a light tangy gravy/sauce - similar to worstshire or teriyaki.  My gosh they were good, especially with some mashed potatoes or rice.  She is in a nursing home now and doesn't cook anymore, but, I remember them well.

Church BBQ.  In the Fall we plan our weekends around the local Church BBQ's.

Anything from the Angus Barn here in Raliegh, NC.  Especially the chocolate chess pie.

Sushi.

During the summer, a big red tomato sliced about 1/2" thick along with some Dukes Mayonnaise and a little salt on some fresh white bread is hard to beat in my book.
