Awhile back I offered to buy a very expensive piece of equipment off of a member that was upgrading. Last week it showed up, my fellow member wouldn't take a dime for it. That is something that I have not found anywhere else, besides here. Sam, if there is something I can do, YOU JUST LET ME KNOW! Thanks again.

The fellowship we enjoy here is rare indeed.  Your's is not the first story of generosity towards fellow members, and I'm sure will not be the last.

BassResource.com is the best.  It Rocks.  It is the Ultimate bass fishing site.

Of course Glenn and the mods are the primary leads, but it's members like you and Sam that keep the forum "of the people, by the people, and for the people"

Nice Sam!  I hope the karma backlashes and stores itself in your gear!

4bizz- One thing we highly promote, which is a big part of the giving that goes on here, is a "pay it forward" attitude.  Could be as simple as lending or giving a kid an old set up or even just some much needed help on the bank.  Smiles lead to smiles.

Hey 4Biz now your in the groove.Just pay it foward. I have been on both ends of this equation in this fellowship of fisherman and I can tell you it is more gratifying to give some kid something he couldnt get on his own ;)

I had an opportunity a couple weeks ago. The homeowner's son at my construction site is just getting into fishing, So I loaded him up with a pretty big tacklebox full of baits, it was a great feeling. I knew buying in bulk would come in handy sooner or later! Its a great place here!

When ever you are in a real dark mood.  I'm talking evil, sullen, mean.

Try a random act of kindness.

Anything.  Pick up that KFC bucket lying on the bank and put it into your truck till you can throw it out.

Bring in the garbage pails for the old lady accross the street.

Open the door for someone even if it means they will get on line ahead of you.

You get the picture.  You'd be surprised at how much better you'll feel.

Not that beating the snot out of some puke head doesn't have it's merits, but trust me on this one,

Random acts of kindness are the way to go.

It sends a wonderful message to the universe.  It may not come back to directly to you.  But it's out there and will show up sometime, somewhere.
