Seen on another site they asked what the occupation of its members were and I always was wondering the same here. Tried to do a search and couldn't find anything, so what does everybody do for a living??

I work at a company called Lonza, a chemical plant. We make alot of food grade additives (the kind you can't say in the ingredients), cleaners, chlorine based products, metal and plastic additives, just to name a few. Fishing is my next  occupation according to my wife!

Rehab. Counselor for 21 years (yea pension!!!)

then Human Resources/Training director for debt collections.

Please don't get all judgemental on me about the collections.  I really liked taking young people who thought bill collecting was about intimidation and threats, and teaching them it is ALL about listening, and understanding debtor willingness and ability. You know when your doing the job right, when people pay the bill in full and then thank you for taking a burden off their back.

I'm an accountant for a company called State Street.  If your company offers you a 401K or any other type of mutual fund, we probably service it.

Equity Analyst. I research companies and decide to buy the stock for the funds I help manage.

......as the saying goes, I'd rather be fishing though. Sitting behind a desk and computer all day for all of my working life is just brutal (especially when you see a huge body of water outside your window and people down there fishing off their boats). :'(
