Good point, Catt.  For years I"ve looked at this another way.  A man who is afraid to express his love for those close to him, or who is afraid to shed a tear when it is warranted, isn't macho.  The man who can do these things without the fear of being seen as less of a man, is the true macho man.

Low_Budget_Hookers,

Thanks for reminding us of the very many blessings we have.  We all have much to be thankful for.

To All:

Have a fantastic Thanksgiving!!!

And after dinner, put on your Orange and Blue, Broncos vs. Chiefs.

Yo! Go Broncos!

As someone whose biggest fault to always see the glass half empty, Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday, is a chance to see it as half full.

If your glass is half full on Thanksgiving day, watch out driving afterward.

I'm ALMOST always a Chiefs fan!

Do you Kansas City boys remember the Wolf Pack? I was a season ticket holder back in the Hank Stram/ Lenny Dawson era. Yep, I was a senior in high school and at the parade the last time they won the Super Bowl, too.

I agree.  I have known some guys that are tougher than tough.  But they all had that soft spot.  True macho men.

Happy turkey day everyone!!!  I'm sleepy already. ;)

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone  :)

I am thankful for so many things that I won't bore you with listing them...well, maybe one;

I am thankful for this forum. Thanks to all of you who make it possible.

And on a sports note: Go ME!  ;) I'm going fishing in the morning, I don't follow any team sports.  8-)

Y'all enjoy your day watching and rooting for your favorite team.

Don't eat or drink to much and if you drink please don't drive.
