telecaster Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 My son hit a deer with his Honda Civic. He did some front end damage to the car, Does anyone know of a good online source for , exploded view body parts? I have to replace where the rt front light assem. mounts. and need to know how much other stuff I need to remove to get at it :-? Quote
Chug Bug Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 I don't know the exact address, but Chilton's offers online repair manuals. That shouldn't be too bad of a job with hand tools. Battery Tray assembly, or air box and snorkel will have to be removed. Quote
basspro05 Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Certi-fit auto body panels is a good source we have one locally in kansas city, but i do not know if they have a website give that a google search Quote
Lightninrod Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 I'm sorry but you don't need a "gearhead". You need someone that can search for the drawings, schematics, exploded views, etc. and I tried but didn't come up with anything useful. :-/ You need to give more details about your specific Honda too. telecaster Posted November 10, 2006 Author Posted November 10, 2006 I thought there might be,a site or two out there that an avid wrencher or body guy may know of that I could search.Ya can find pretty much everything else online..I'm sure I can take the thing apart fine, its a good idea to be able to put it back together ;D Anyways its a 91 Honda Civic 4-door.The local boneyard has a few,Ya have to remove your own parts,Good for cost savings, but I dont want to sit there all day figering how to take the parts I need off..I dont think I can cut stuff off there without paying for it,I'd sawzall through everything if I could.I spose I'll havta remember when I take his apart how to put it back together :-[ Quote
