Deerkiller,

Where at in Southwest Washington are you?  Where have you tried?  What have you used?  Just a few questions so we can give you a hand.

I live in Camas, and have been fishing Lacamas-Round Lake, Vancouiver Lake, and Horshoe lake in Woodland.  I have mostly been using spinnerbaits and soft plastics.  I have been catching a few but i still get skunked a lot.  My biggest for the year was out of lacamas lake and was 4.6.  anyone else on here fishing these lakes for bass or lakes in the area?

Man if you are driving all the way to Woodland, drive another 30 min. to Silver Lake.  It is an awesome bass lake and has some pretty good bluegill/crappie too.

Yea i have only  been up to Silver once but i think i will try it again this weekend.  Anyone fished Silver Lake latety, what worked for you what didn't?

I have not fished it in several years since relocating to Georgia.  However, I always had luck fishing the lilly pads, and then any and all brush..

honestly i feel like silver is possibly the most overrated lake in all of washington.  I would keep checking out horseshoe - supposedly some hogs in there.

Hit the  Willamete river for some great smallie action or the Cascade locks.  Silver Lake, use dark colored Jigs with trailer and hit the brush line or T-Rig 7"+ worm.  Not my favorite lake but learning more everytime I go there.
