Super User SirSnookalot Posted December 7, 2010 Super User Posted December 7, 2010 Be going out for Sails tomorrow, good weather for them. Try and catch some blue runners and use a kite. No bait then do some drifting with sardine and trolling with spoons, feathers and cedar plugs. Quote

piscicidal Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Can't find the truck and boat for the frost here in Indian River. I have to be nuts. My wife thinks I'm completely nuts...get up at 4:00AM in all kinds of nasty weather (hot, cold, wind, rain) to go chase a little green fish. And then you throw it back???? George, I was getting frost alerts on my cell phone for Fellsmere this AM. I'm anxious to see how your shiner bite on "Lake J" holds up. Always look forward to reading your reports... Quote

BassResource.com Advertiser FD. Posted December 8, 2010 BassResource.com Advertiser Posted December 8, 2010 If this keeps up like today, I'm going to have to move south for the winter. Quote
George Welcome Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Shiner bite will continue - any bass thinking of spawn at this time would have to move south to achieve - perhaps Panama. 3:00 AM - Present temp: 33 w/windchill like 27-28 - trip cancelled - I'm a softee! Just wish I could get back to sleep. Quote
