I am late in getting a post up here but hoping that someone might be able to point me to a good spot area on Okeechobee for this weekend. Launching out of Rolands for my two-day classic and dont know the lake well and usually fish the rim canal because of it. Was going to work the canal off of Uncle Joes but could really use a spot or two if anyone has something they could share.

Thanks

Good luck.

I hope your asking for help is not a violation of rules and your TD doesn't see it.

Good deal man.  Not trying to be a jerk, just don't want to see you DQed.

Again, good luck.

I appreciate the luck, going to need it! I know we'll catch em but would be nice to find a couple of big ones during the weekend!

I would tell you to exit uncle joes cut and head up the shoal but there forecasting a horrible east wind this weekend and the lakes dropping like mad.

Fish the rim ditch unless you want to run up to the monkey box via the rim ditch go out the 7 mile canal and head out.

Thanks gar-tracker....we did fish the monkey box area a bit and stayed in the Uncle Joes canal mostly due to the winds blowing. Caught a ton of fish but all between 12-14inches.

The winning team ran north and braved the winds to get across the lake and they won with over 20lbs per day.
