My old man just bought his "retirement home" in Mountain City GA.  Just south of the NC border and north of Lake Burton.  It is really two, 2 bed, one bath apartments in one house.  He would like to generate some revenue to offset the cost of the place while he still lives here. He would prefer not to rent to the "general public" or put a long term tenant in the place.

FYI the temps last week were low 60's to low 80's .  He called me from the porch up there last week just to irritate me.

The 1400 sf upstairs will be available to rent by the end of September and the 1200 sf downstairs shortly thereafter.   Discounted rates to the forum members.  The price schedule has not been set yet but it will probably be in the 250-300 per 3 day weekend and 500 or so for the week.  It depends on the interest we can drum up from somewhere other than the general public.

I'm not looking for any commitments yet but would like to gauge the amount of interest from you guys.
