Okeechobee

finally making the trip down to okeechobee this weekend, was wondering A (and most importantly) if anyone has any recommendations on where to stay (willing and probably camping out to save money unless some other cheap options exist) B where in the world do i fish on this huge lake? Since I only have two days and its taken me months to figure out toho (still haven't at all and thats an 11 mile lake) if you could just point me in the right direction i'd appreciate so much.
