When throwing hardbaits especially, I've always stuck more to natural shad and craw patterns on KY Lake.  Was thinking about picking up some stuff (maybe even soft swimbaits) in bluegill and perch patterns.  I know there's plenty of bream in the lake.  Anyone care to share if they've had success on these types of patterns?

Thx!

I'm with you on the shad colors on Kentucky/Barkley, along with chrome/black.  I have some green/chartreuse colors, but seldom use them unless the water is really stained up.
