WdyCrankbait Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 (Public service message interuption sound) Ok everybody, presently it is snowing here in Newport News VA. But, after getting off the phone with my Aunt in Richmond she told me about the awesome weather coming up the next 7-8 days. Sunday, here in NN, it is predicted to be 57, then 62 Monday. Spool 'em up!! Quote
Thai Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Great weather, crap weather, I spool up all the same! Quote
Bigs Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Ya I mentioned on Aarons thread that we're lookin at high 50's and low 60's for the next 10 days down towards central va. Its usually 3-4 degrees warmer in the central va area then it is in northern va. Funny how a difference of 60 miles can have such an impact on climate. Soon I wont have to wear these silly thermals and this wind/rain suit. Quote
Super User Dan: Posted March 3, 2010 Super User Posted March 3, 2010 my reels have been spooled up since the second week of January... Quote
IMPY03 Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 The high for monday is 66 and partly cloudy down my way, seems like a perfect day to be on the water 8-) Quote
XLFISH Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I use a latin Loomis. 50 pound test wrapped around a bottle or can and a 1oz pyramid weight. If there is not a law against that, there should be. I have North Carolina on my mind. Big spinnerbaits, double skirted jigs, and just a spoon full of insanity. Quote
Super User Dan: Posted March 5, 2010 Super User Posted March 5, 2010 lol, I'm gonna use that one... Quote
